Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

We offer transparent shipping tiers calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total:

  • Orders $120 AUD and Above: Complimentary Standard Shipping (FREE) with full end-to-end tracking and signature on delivery.
  • Orders Under $120 AUD: Flat standard courier shipping fee of $30 AUD applied at checkout.
  • Express Courier Upgrade: Available for $30 AUD at checkout for priority order processing and expedited courier transit.

Note: For international deliveries outside Australia, any local customs taxes, import duties, or clearance fees applicable in the destination country remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Production & Processing Timelines

Total delivery time consists of workshop production plus courier transit:

  • Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Undergo final inspection, luxury packaging, and dispatch within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.
  • Made-to-Order & Custom Bespoke Pieces: Individually handcrafted to your selected ring size and metal specifications within 1–2 weeks before dispatch. You will receive progress notifications as your piece moves through production.

Secure Presentation & Signature on Delivery

  • Discreet Outer Packaging: Every piece is nestled in our luxury gift presentation box, enclosed within an unbranded, protective outer carton with no indication of fine jewelry for maximum security.
  • Tracked Courier Dispatch: Once dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation email with your courier tracking link will be sent to you.
  • Signature on Delivery: For security and peace of mind, high-value parcels require a signature upon handover.
