We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Below you will find the details of our returns process, custom order policies, and warranty information.
30-Day Return Policy & Eligibility
We offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- It must include any relevant diamond or gemstone certificates.
Note: We allow only one return per order. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted unless the item is defective.
Items That Cannot Be Returned (Exceptions)
Certain items are ineligible for return due to their nature:
- Custom & Personalised Items: Modified items, initial pendants, or full custom designs cannot be returned. We have a strict design approval process before shipping to ensure you are happy with the design.
- Engraved Items: Any jewellery that has been engraved is final sale.
- Earrings: For hygiene and health safety reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- Comparative Purchasing: Ordering multiple items with the intent to keep one and return the rest is not permitted. Orders suspected of this may be blocked.
How to Initiate a Return

Shipping Instructions: Customers are responsible for pre-paying return shipping costs. For items valued over $200, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Cancellations & Custom Orders
If you need to cancel a custom or modified order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing it.
- After 48 Hours: A cancellation fee of 18% of the total order amount will apply to cover labour and materials already initiated.
- Dispatched Orders: If the order has already shipped, it falls under our standard Refund Policy.
Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it immediately. Please email niradiamondjewelry.com with photos of the issue to arrange a replacement.
Free Gifts & Rush Fees
Rush Fees & Express Shipping: These fees are non-refundable once production has begun (usually within 24 hours) or the item has shipped.
Free Gifts: If you return an order that included a free gift (promotional threshold), the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund unless the gift is also returned in unused condition. Complimentary earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene; their value will be deducted from the refund if the order total falls below the threshold.
