Cancellation Policy
Standard "Ready to Ship" Orders
If you need to cancel an order for an in-stock or ready-to-ship item, please contact us at niradiamondjewelry@gmail.com as soon as possible.
- Before Dispatch: If the item has not yet left our workshop, we will process a full refund.
- After Dispatch: If the item has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and then follow our standard 30-Day Return Policy.
Custom & Made-to-Order Cancellations
Because custom pieces are crafted specifically for you, we have a strict timeline for cancellations:
- Within 48 Hours: You may cancel your custom order for a full refund within 48 hours of placing it.
- After 48 Hours: A cancellation fee of 15% of the total order value will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of CAD design, materials, and labor already invested in your piece.
- After Dispatch: Custom items cannot be returned or cancelled once shipped unless they are faulty.
Payment Options

We take your security seriously. Our website is encrypted with industry-standard SSL technology to ensure your personal and payment details remain safe and private. We never store your credit card information.

Layby & In-House Payment Plans
For custom engagement rings and fine jewelry, we offer flexible in-house payment plans to help you manage your budget.
- Deposit Required: A deposit is required to secure your stone and begin production (typically 20-50%).
- Final Balance: You can pay the remaining balance in instalments at your own pace. However, the full balance must be cleared before the item can be shipped or collected.
- Time Limits: Please refer to our Terms & Conditions regarding uncollected items if payment takes longer than 60 days after completion.
Refund Method
Please note that for security and processing efficiency, all refunds are processed exclusively via PayPal.
If you paid via Credit Card or another method, we will require a PayPal account to process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
