SHIPPING POLICY
At NIRA Diamond Jewelry, we take great care in preparing and delivering every piece. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping rates, processing times, delivery estimates, and what to expect once your order leaves our workshop.

SHIPPING RATES
We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $100 USD. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of $15 USD applies at checkout.
All NIRA parcels are dispatched with tracking and appropriate insurance for the value of your order.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES
Total delivery time includes both production and transit. Timelines depend on whether your piece is ready to ship or made to order.
Ready-to-ship items: Processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation, subject to payment verification.
Made-to-order & custom pieces: Production typically takes 1–2 weeks from design approval. You will receive updates as your piece moves through our workshop.
Custom and modified orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your parcel leaves our workshop.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
Need your order sooner? Express shipping is available for $15 USD on eligible orders at checkout, or by contacting us before you place your order.
Please note: Express shipping charges are non-refundable once the item has shipped.

TRACKING, INSURANCE & DELIVERY
Every NIRA order is packed with care in discreet, protective packaging designed for fine jewelry. High-value pieces are fully insured in transit.
A tracking number will be emailed once your parcel has left our workshop.
A signature may be required on delivery for orders above a certain value.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is any sign of damage to the outer packaging, note this with the courier and contact us immediately at niradiamondjewelry@gmail.com.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can assist with the courier.
NIRA Diamond Jewelry is not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you, as set out in our Terms of Service.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. Additional shipping fees may apply if redelivery is required.
