How long will it take to make my custom ring?
The custom design process typically takes 3 to 5 weeks from the time your design is finalized. This allows us ample time to cast, set, and polish your piece to perfection. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know during the initial consultation.
How much will it cost to get a custom ring?
Custom pricing depends on the complexity of the design, the metal chosen (e.g., Platinum vs. Gold), and the size/quality of the stones. However, custom designs often cost similar to our ready-to-wear collection because you are paying for the materials and craftsmanship directly, without middleman markups.
Does it cost more to have a custom ring made?
Not necessarily. While there is a small design fee involved in creating the 3D CAD model, we often find that we can create a custom ring within the same budget as a similar pre-made ring by adjusting stone parameters to fit your price point.
Can I provide photos for inspiration?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share photos, sketches, or links to rings you love. We can combine elements from different rings—like the band from one and the setting from another—to create something truly unique to you.
What kind of stones can I use in my design?
We specialize in Lab-Grown Diamonds, Natural Diamonds, Moissanite, and precious gemstones like Sapphires, Rubies, and Emeralds. We can source specific stones for you to view via video before they are set.
What other kind of custom jewellery can you make?
Beyond rings, we custom design earrings, necklaces, pendants, and bracelets. Whether it's a matching bridal set or a special anniversary gift, our team can bring any jewelry vision to life.
How do I find out my partner's ring size in secret?
Try "borrowing" a ring they wear on that finger and measuring the inside diameter. Alternatively, trace the inside of one of their rings on a piece of paper. If all else fails, ask a close friend or family member if they know!
