We want your ring to fit perfectly. If our available appointments don't suit you, please contact us at niradiamondjewelry@gmail.com. Walk-ins are always welcome.

Our 6-Month Fit Guarantee

Our resizing policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction. If your ring size is incorrect, we offer two convenient options during the first 6 months of purchase.

Option 1: Local Jeweller Reimbursement (Recommended)

We offer an USD $20 reimbursement to contribute towards resizing at a local jeweller near you.

  • Why we recommend this: It minimizes the time your ring is away from you and eliminates the risk and cost of shipping it back and forth.
  • How to claim: Simply email a copy of your receipt to niradiamondjewelry@gmail.com, and we will process the $50 reimbursement to your original payment method.

Option 2: Complimentary In-House Resizing

If you prefer, you can send your ring back to us for one complimentary resizing. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the process.

Steps to return:

  • Ensure your new size has been accurately measured by a professional.
  • Include a note with your Order Number and Confirmed New Size.
  • Pack your ring securely (preferably in its original box inside a padded mailer).

*Note: You are responsible for shipping costs and insurance. We recommend using a trackable service for items over $200.

Resizing Limits & Guidelines

Standard Resizing (±1 Size):
Most rings can be safely resized within one full size up or down from the original size without affecting structural integrity.

Significant Resizing (>1 Size):

  • Listed Rings: If a standard ring requires a resize greater than one size, please refer to our 30-Day Refund Policy for an exchange.
  • Custom Rings: Resizing a custom ring more than one size may require the setting to be remade. This incurs a remake fee and may take up to 4 weeks.

Non-Resizable Items

Some designs cannot be resized due to their unique construction:

  • Eternity Rings: Bands with stones all the way around cannot be resized. These can be exchanged under our 30-day policy.
  • Complex Designs: Items marked "Resizable: No" on their product page.
  • Engraved Rings: Can be resized but are subject to a resizing fee + re-engraving fee.
